JACOB Management Solutions Provides accounting, property management and business consulting in the Southern Manitoba area. The company is owned and operated by Brian and Cindy Klassen.

JACOB's client base includes local investors, small regional firms, not-for-profit organizations. The types of properties we manage runs from minimum investment 55 plus dwellings in Morden, Winkler and Altona to affordable apartments as well as local commercial strip malls.

JACOB's approach to property management focuses on revenue growth, high occupancy, expense control, physical improvement, and service and responsiveness to residents and clients. Our objective is twofold: producing increased net operating income, and fostering a safe clean living environment.

JACOB develops and manages apartment communities designed specifically for independent, active seniors who seek the comfort and sense of belonging they have enjoyed in their own homes. Our fundamental principles of value and service have meshed extremely well with this growing market niche.
